To make the easiest balloon party garland ever, you just need a yarn needle
Cut your yarn to the length of the balloon party garland you’d like, plus some extra for tying. Then thread one end through the yarn needle, and just thread through the “necks” of your balloons, below the knot.
You can also thread through several balloons in a row in order to make balloon clusters. I put a cluster of three on the back of Anneliese’s high chair for her birthday.
Such a simple way to decorate. It only takes a few minutes, and it really does look classically festive.
